Storing projects - the idea

How to store a project to preserve it for the future ?
My project have up to three components.
A description/documentation. some code, schematics.

I like the idea to have my work not only stored in different servers like Bitbucket or EasyEDA or Blogger but also stored on my server, locally.

Time to close also this project.
With the help of Roberto we did end up with a PCB, let's put it together.
This article describes some work on the hardware side.

EasyEDA

EasyEDA is a schematic CAD with PCB capabilities, like Eagle CAD, but running in the browser (I'm using Chrome).
For a project I started  I'm trying to use it for schematic and eventually for the PCB.
This is a brief review of my experience so far.
